Long Gully Splash Park is a free, open‑air splash park in Bendigo, offering zero‑depth water play and dry play spaces for people of all ages and abilities.

Open seasonally from September to March, the park provides a welcoming place for families and the community to cool off, play and enjoy time outdoors together.

Inspired by the area’s gold‑rush heritage, the splash park features visitor‑activated water play, allowing families to choose how they play and spend time in the space.

You will find a bus stop on Eaglehawk road, roughly a 3 minute walk from the open air splash park. Bus 53 travels along the route, all the way from Bendigo station

Long Gully Splash Park is a shared, open‑air environment designed for community use. Children must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, and the splash park is not a supervised swimming facility. All visitors are expected to use the park safely, follow posted signage and respect other park users.

Long Gully Splash Park operates seasonally from September to March, with daily opening hours varying throughout the season. Please refer to the Opening Hours section above before visiting.

No bookings or tickets are required. The splash park is a walk‑in facility and free to use during operating hours.

The splash park uses a visitor‑activated system. To start the water features, press one of the activation buttons located at each end of the splash pad.

Once activated, the water runs for a short cycle before switching off and can be restarted at any time.

The splash park is not a supervised swimming facility. Children must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
